APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR
Brief appointment: 15 min – $180
Regular appointment: 30 min – $240 / 45 min – $350
Annual appointment: 60 min – $450 / 90 min – $600
OTHER FEES
Missed Appointment: The Full Appointment Fee Will Be Charged
A $50 fee applies to missed appointments of 15, 30, or 45 minutes.
For missed appointments of 60 or 90 minutes, a $100 fee will be charged.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
